Ulaş Yardımcı received his BA in Mathematics from Boğaziçi University and studied at McGill University in Canada through the Exchange Program. After completing his Bachelor's Degree, Ulaş completed his Master's Degree in Economics at the University of Lisbon and wrote his master's thesis on the modeling of a game theoretic framework in which the many options one has sometimes leave the person immobilized.

After 2 years in Portugal, Ulaş settled in Bodrum, completed his Pedagogical Formation education in Muğla and worked as a Mathematics Teacher for 2 years. After having a pleasant teaching experience using his math knowledge and communication skills, he joined the StratejiCo. team. He became the head of Strategy & Organizational Development Department in two years and his areas of interest included strategy design, Agile transformation, insight-analysis-reporting, workshop design and moderation. Leading a 4-person team throughout, he led many projects in Türkiye in a wide range of fields -retail, e-commerce, health and sustainability to name a few.

Ulaş joined ATÖLYE in 2023 as a Project Manager where he takes charge in various projects to ensure smooth project implementation. He takes part in design projects at ATÖLYE as well as internal initiatives and proposal processes.
